Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the purchase.

To make a return, email [website.com] for a Return Authorization #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return. Returns that did not receive an RA # may not be accepted and will, in that case, be returned to the sender.

Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well a tracking number for your package.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging, including all tags, jewellery cards/tags, and boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records, as well as our company flyer for future purchases. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Please note All SALE, Personalized Orders and Custom Pieces are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable unless defective.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund.
