Shipping Policy

All International orders that do not include free shipping will be sent by International Mail for a flat fee of [X]. Any taxes/duties due upon International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified.

Certain designers make the pieces when the item is ordered. If this is the case please allow for extra time on delivery. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show movement.  

[Brand Name] is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.

Made to Order and Personalized Orders May Take [x-x] WEEKS TO SHIP. If you order other items in addition to a made-to-order or personalized item, they will all ship together.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address or a full mailbox. If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
